Droit d'accès aux sentiers de motoneige - fcmq

Le droit d’accès aux sentiers de motoneige permet à votre motoneige de circuler sur tous les sentiers de la FCMQ et il inclut aussi une assurance responsabilité civile de 1 000 000 $.

Pour bénéficier du droit d’accès aux sentiers de motoneige au plus bas prix possible pour la saison 2021-2022, vous devez en faire l’achat avant le 9 décembre 2021 au coût de 375 $. Après cette date, le coût sera de 455 $. Les motoneigistes circulant sans droit d’accès sur un sentier qui seront pris en défaut devront en faire l’achat immédiat au coût de 700 $. Circuler sans droit d’accès, c’est voler!

Si vous avez déjà une assurance responsabilité civile auprès de votre assureur privé, il est possible d’exclure l’assurance responsabilité civile incluse avec le droit d’accès de la FCMQ et de se faire rembourser la différence d’environ 40$ dans un délai maximum de 10 jours après l’achat de votre droit d’accès.  Pour plus de détails, consulter les informations disponibles derrière votre droit d’accès.

Le droit d’accès aux sentiers de motoneige est le principal moyen de financement de votre club de motoneigistes.  Procurez-vous votre droit d’accès auprès du club de motoneigistes le plus près de chez vous afin que votre club bénéficie d’aide financière pour l’entretien de vos sentiers locaux.  

Certains sites web touristiques offrent le service de vente de droit d’accès aux sentiers de motoneige en ligne et redistribuent l’argent entre les clubs de motoneiges de la région.

Le droit d’accès aux sentiers de motoneige de la FCMQ est aussi vendu chez les concessionnaires de motoneiges.

Si vous possédez votre droit d’accès aux sentiers 2020-2021 pour votre motoneige et que vous changez de motoneige au courant de l’année, il est possible de se procurer un droit d’accès de remplacement en vous rendant sur la plateforme d'achat en ligne de la FCMQ. "Vous devrez faire parvenir à la FCMQ par envoi prioritaire, vos documents originaux d'achat, votre preuve d'assurance, etc. Il est important de noter qu’un droit d’accès ne peut être transféré à un autre propriétaire. Il peut seulement être transféré d’une motoneige à une autre appartenant au même propriétaire (vente suivie d’un achat par exemple)." (Référence : www.fcmq.qc.ca)
