Criminal record or convictions insurance
When you apply for insurance coverage, you will be asked if you have a criminal record or prior convictions. It’s important to always answer these questions truthfully. If you do not disclose a criminal record or conviction, your insurance policy will become null and void, and any claim made would not be covered.
With a criminal record or conviction, it’s more difficult to find home or car insurance. Our specialized insurance partners can work with you to find you the best available options based on your case, with the exception of cases of a sexual nature or those involving children.
