1.ClicAssure reserves the right to publish the names and photos of the winners of the ClicAssure Scholarship 2027.
2.ClicAssure reserves the right to check that the documents provided are authentic, including proof of enrolment in an insurance program.
3.The following people are not eligible: employees, managers, directors and officers of ClicAssure, members of their immediate family (brothers, sisters, children, father, mother), their spouse (married or common-law) and people who live with them.
4.The deadline to send applications is January 31, 2027, at 11:59 p.m. No application received after this time will be accepted.
5.Each application is reviewed by the 5 members of the jury, made up of the members of ClicAssure's management committee.
6.The official selection of applications will take place on February 10, 2027.
7.ClicAssure will contact the winners within 10 days after the selection. To receive the scholarship, the winner must answer ClicAssure within 10 days after the contact attempts. If not, the application will be cancelled and the scholarship will be given to another person.
8.Only one application per student is accepted.
9.The scholarship is given to the winner as a cheque.
10.ClicAssure is not responsible for applications that are lost, sent to the wrong place or late, including because of a technical failure of the ClicAssure mailbox, for any reason, or for any damage to the computer or mobile device of an eligible person.
11.The organizer reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, change, cancel or end the contest, in whole or in part, if an event or human action affects the management, security, fairness or proper running of the contest under the established rules. The organizer declines all responsibility in this regard.
12.The organizer will never be required to give more prizes than planned, or to give a prize in a way that does not follow the scholarship rules.
13.By taking part or trying to take part in this scholarship, each person releases the organizer and the entities benefiting from the scholarship from any liability and harm that may result from their participation. To be declared winners, the selected participants must sign an acceptance form confirming that they follow the scholarship rules and accept the releases of liability in favour of the beneficiaries, including the organizer.
14.To allow eligible people to take part, the organizer must collect, use and share some personal information. By applying, participants agree that the organizer may collect, use and disclose their personal information to manage the scholarship and give the prizes, in line with the regulations in force and the privacy policy. By accepting a prize, and subject to their consent, winners allow the organizer to collect, use, publish and share their name, place of residence (city, province), statements about the prize, and their image, voice or any other representation, for advertising or promotional purposes, without payment. This information may be published on different media (website, social media, etc.) and the winner gives the rights of use and reproduction for this purpose.
15.In case of a difference between the English and French versions of these terms, the French version applies.
