Selon vous, si vous mettez votre clignotant pour indiquer un changement de voie, pouvez-vous être tenu responsable même si vous avez indiqué votre manœuvre ?

Selon Protégez-vous et la Chambre de l’assurance de dommages, « La responsabilité des parties en termes d’accident de voiture n’est pas déterminée à l’aide du Code de la sécurité routière, mais de la Convention d'indemnisation directe (CID) deu Groupement des assureurs automobiles. Ainsi, ce n’est pas parce que le conducteur a signalé sa manœuvre qu’il sera déchargé de sa responsabilité dans l’accident. De plus, le conducteur qui a mis son clignotant doit tout de même vérifier ses angles morts et ne pas traverser les lignes continues, par exemple. »
